Feedback at 5:00- Volunteering in Your Community

Posted: Updated:

Big or small, giving your time to help someone else is always appreciated.

Today is the United Way "Day of Caring."

It's a day where groups throughout Northern Michigan and across the state work together to complete much needed projects.

They are spending the day volunteering to work to benefit their communities.

This upcoming Tuesday, September 11th, Patriot Day and the National Day of Service and Remembrance, also marks another opportunity for you to honor the lives of those lost in the terrorist attacks by volunteering in your communities.

For tonight's "Feedback at 5:00," we asked what do you do to make your community a better place.
