In this update, a group trying to bring more casinos to Michigan won big at the State Supreme Court.
Today the court overturned a decision banning the Secretary of State from putting the question on the fall ballot.
The justices unanimously said the appeals court applied the wrong law.
A group called citizens for more Michigan jobs seek a constitutional amendment that would allow the casinos, including one in Clam Lake Township near Cadillac.
Still, it's not yet clear if the decision guarantees placement on the fall ballot.
