Lance Armstrong was just stripped of his 7 Tour de France championships by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency.
The Anti-Doping Agency says he used performance enhancing drugs throughout his career.
Armstrong said he will no longer fight the doping allegations against him.
Allegations have been following Armstrong for years, but no agency officially confirmed that. Many are surprised that Armstrong won't contest this new ruling.
The USDA said Armstrong used the banned substances since 1996, including steroids and blood transfusions.
