Illinois Man Traveling to U.P. Gets Pulled Over and Arrested in Otsego County

Last Thursday, an Illinois man was pulled over and arrested in Otsego County.
Gerardo Tochimani Jr. was traveling from Chicago to the Upper Peninsula when he got pulled over in Otsego Lake Township for speeding.
The Michigan State Trooper noticed several indicators that illegal activity may be happening in the vehicle. The trooper asked Tochimani if he had any marijuana and he replied saying he had eaten it as he was being pulled over.
The Trooper found a duffel bag with an envelope containing over an ounce of cocaine.
He was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.
