An Amish family was taken to the hospital after their buggy was rear ended by a man's Chevy Van, who said a sneezing attack made him lose control.

The Clare County Sheriff's Office says the accident happened shortly after 7:30 Saturday morning on M-61 near South Athey Avenue in Hamilton Township.

Deputies say both vehicles were headed west, when the accident happened.

The buggy driver, a 29 year old Harrison man, his 23 year old wife, and their seven month old child were all thrown from the buggy.

Each was treated at the scene and then taken to the Gladwin E.R. for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the van, a 40 year old Gladwin man, suffered minor cuts.
