People in Benzie County are coming together to help fix up their neighbors' homes.
It is the fourth year of the project and volunteers are helping more people than ever before.
Saint Andrews Church is leading the effort with help from the Benzie Area Christian Neighbors, Freedom Builders, and the Seeds program.
Workers are repairing 18 homes, including one we visited Tuesday in Benzie County near Benzonia. Crews replaced the roof on the home and made repairs to the bathroom. The goal is to help people in need be safer, warmer, and drier in their own homes.
Saint Andrews raised around $10,000 to pay for the project this year.
