Michigan Couple Started Their Swim Across Lake Michigan This Morning

A Michigan couple is in the midst of swimming across Lake Michigan to raise awareness about postpartum depression.
The Grand Rapids couple hit the water just before 9:00 this morning in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.
They plan to swim to the Big Point Sable Lighthouse at Ludington State Park, which is about 50 miles across.
Sara and Jeff tow hope to complete the swim in 30 to 36 hours and could arrive tomorrow afternoon or night.
Both were members of Ohio University swim teams and say they suffered from postpartum depression following the births of their children, now 11 and 9 years old.
