Traverse City Police say they have been in contact with the owner of a lopsided sailboat in the waters of West Bay. The sailboat is almost on its side, and it's been that way for a few days now. Police tell us they've had to have several boats removed from the shores of West Bay recently after high winds knocked them loose.
Police say the owner of the sailboat has until tomorrow afternoon to get the boat towed before receiving a citation.
