BREAKING NEWS: Shooting Near Texas A&M University, Gunman and 2 Others Dead

A deadly shooting happened this afternoon near Texas A&M University's campus.
Police say at least one officer and one civilian are dead after a shooting near the Texas A&M University campus in College Station.
Reports have just confirmed that the gunman is also dead, after being shot before being taken into custody.
Two other law enforcement officers and another woman were also injured in the shooting.
Police don't know yet if the gunman was a student at A&M.
The university issued an alert on its website just before 12:30 this afternoon, alerting residents and students to avoid the area because an active gunman was near the campus football stadium.
