UPDATE: Former TCAPS Employee Faced Judge This Morning Regarding Sex Crimes

A former TCAPS employee accused of inappropriate sexual contact with a middle school student went in front of a judge for the first time, this morning.
Deputies say Marc Morris is a former custodian with TCAPS, who was fired about a year ago for reasons unrelated to this case.
Morris was arrested yesterday, and is now charged with the sex crimes.
Both deputies and TCAPS tell 9&10 News, the sexual contact did not happen on school grounds.
