Some Local Home Builders Seeing Signs of Growth

Posted: Updated:

After years of decline, some northern Michigan home builders are starting to see signs of growth.

Builders tell us the remodeling business is also keeping them busy. During the recession, many people decided to remodel instead of buying a new home.

9 and 10's Kyle Mitchell and photojournalist Tony Zyber have more on the construction industry in the Grand Traverse area.
