TC Area Industry Picking Up From Decade of Decline

Industrial parks in the area slowly emptied as companies either downsized or closed altogether with the economy.

This year the businesses that survived are now starting to see a payoff.

Work orders are climbing which means businesses are looking to expand both in employees and building space.

And with so many empty properties, those expanding now can take advantage of the bargains.

Experts say the expansions should continue right into 2013.

9&10's Eric Lloyd and photojournalist Tony Zyber spoke with one such company and have more details.
