Crews Repair Roads After Storms

Posted: Updated:

The storms kept road crews in Missaukee County busy on Thursday cleaning up the mess.

The Missaukee County Road Commission had about ten crews working throughout the county. Some worked Wednesday night to keep major roads open while the storm passed through.

The road commission superintendent estimates that at least a couple hundred road sections were washed away.

Most of the roads should be repaired by the end of the day but it could take awhile to get everything back to normal.
