Van fails to stop at red light causing crash in Montcalm County.
The accident happened on M-57 and Satterlee Road in Eureka Township.
Witnesses say a Saturn Vue was attempting to turn east when a Chevrolet full size van traveling west on M-57 failed to stop at the red light, hitting the Saturn.
Patricia Miller, age 57 of Belding, was driving the Saturn and was transported to Spectrum United Memorial Hospital for neck and back pain.
Steven Hirzel, age 60 of Gowen, the driver of the van refused treatment at the scene but drove in a private vehicle to United Memorial Hospital.
Hirzel's car started on fire when a tow truck was trying to load it.
Hirzel was cited for disregarding a traffic signal.
