Cheboygan County Celebrating Summerfest

Posted: Updated:

A Cheboygan County Community is celebrating summer this week.

Summerfest is underway right now in Indian River; tonight's festivities begin in a little under and hour.

You can take a stroll down Marina Park, check out the Pure North Art Expo, and also the Volunteer Appreciation event until 9:30 PM, tonight,

There's also a place to sample wine, craft beer, and pop.

The Chamber of Commerce puts on the event, and says this year, the week-long event is really focusing on families.

For the extreme sports fans, the Monster Energy Freestyle Motocross team will be doing several shows throughout the week.

We've posted a full list of the Summerfest events on our website; check out the link.
