Posted: Updated:

Update:  The Pioneer Broach Midwest, Inc. and Cadillac Broaching & Machining, Inc. says they are pleased to hear that Ms. Kerrie-Ann Gottschall has been both apprehended and convicted for embezzling company funds.

Police say the Osceola County woman admitted earlier today, to stealing more than $100,000 from her employer in Leroy.

The prosecutor says the Gottschall embezzled the money from Cadillac Broaching and Machinery, back in May 2011.

She could go to prison for up to 20 years when sentenced.

They issued a warrant for her arrest last spring.

Gottschall ran accounts at the machine shop.

The company says just some of the things she did included skimming money from payroll deductions, using the company accounts without permission and pocketing investment money.

When coworkers turned her into police, she disappeared from the state.

The company thanked authorities today.
