A group of people living in a Massachusetts public housing complex are outraged after they were banned from displaying U.S. flags outside of their homes.
The Wrentham Housing Authority says the move was made after a tenant complained to the state Department of Housing and Community Development over the Fourth of July holiday.
The housing authority says flags can still be displayed inside tenants' apartments, just not outside.
There is no explanation given for the rule, besides complaints of a tenant.
