TRAVERSE CITY - The Grand Traverse Resort has undergone a recent change.

Its resort and hotel have undergone millions of dollars of renovation.

So anybody who has stayed there before, might notice a difference the next time they stay the night.

It's improvements to what was already one of the top 50 golf resorts in North America according to Golf Digest..

It also says The Bear is the 18th toughest golf course in the nation.

Beat The Pro will visit that course during the finals at the end of the summer.

But this week, Jeff Johnson takes a look at a slightly more player friendly round in the week's Beat The Pro.
