Clare County Business Owner Arrested for Delivering Drugs Illegally

Police arrested a Clare County business owner today.
They say the 45-year-old Cadillac woman was delivering marijuana illegally.
We're told the Clare County prosecutor served a cease and desist order to Clare Compassion Club in Grant Township, but complaints continued to come in.
Detectives say they witnessed a sale to a legal card-holder that does not have a caregiver, making the transaction illegal, that's what led to the arrest.
