Cadillac Shuts Down Street For First Time in 20 Years For Big Celebration

Mitchell Street is closed to traffic...but lined for blocks with some very cool classic cars for "Back to the Bricks."

It's the first time in 20 years the city has shut down the street for an event other than a parade.

And to celebrate the occasion, they're rolling out the red carpet.
