MORE DETAILS: Emmet County Man Gets Tasered By Police

More details now on an Emmet County man tasered by police, after they say he became aggressive.
David Whitlow is accused of threatening investigators from the Emmet County Sheriff's Office and the Harbor Springs Police Department with weapons, but that's just the beginning.
Whitlow is also accused of having explosives and preparing to burn his own house down.
The whole ordeal unfolded early yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, in the Harbor Point Association, in Harbor Springs.
