New York City looks to become the first city to put a ban on pop.
The ban would impose a 16-oz limit on the size of sweetened drinks sold in the city - including at restaurants, movie theaters, sports venues and street vendors.
The ban is aimed at fighting obesity and would not include diet pop, fruit juices, and alcohol.
New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, backs the ban and says he thinks it's what the public wants him to do.
