Deadly Rollover Crash in Otsego County

A deadly rollover crash with serious injuries happened on M-32 in Otsego County.

The car was heading westbound on M-32 when the driver drove onto the shoulder and the tried to overcorrect causing the vehicle to rollover multiple times.

The accident happened just before 2 this morning.

The 2 people in the car were ejected.

Ivonne Jagoda, 35-year-old woman from Richmond Township, died in the crash.

The other passenger, from Johannesburg, was sent to Otsego Memorial Hospital and then transported to Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Police say alcohol, excessive speed and failing to wear seatbelts contributed to the injuries and death.

The crash is still under investigation.
