02/23/12 Police have a more detailed description of the two male suspects. They say both men are white and approximately 5'7" and 150 lbs. One man is reported to have blue eyes.
They are still at large and considered armed and dangerous.
After robbing the bank at gunpoint the men stole a car from the bank parking lot. We now know that it belonged to a bank clerk.
There is a reward in this case and anyone with information is urged to call police immediately.
11:00 PM: 9 and 10's Ann Marie LaFlamme and photojournalist Joel Deaner were on the scene and spoke with neighbors who are in disbelief over another armed bank robbery in their small town.
5:00 PM: Michigan State Police say the male suspects were wearing "cold weather masks" on their faces and hooded sweatshirts.
The suspects entered the bank shortly after 2:00 PM this afternoon, one of the suspects had what police believe was a long-gun and the other suspect had a knife.
The pair stole a vehicle from the bank and fled the scene, that car a 4-door maroon Saturn was later recovered on 15 Mile 1/4 west of Mackinaw Trail.
Police say the suspects had fled from the car when they arrived, both men are considered armed and dangerous.

A reward is being offered for information in the case.

4:10 PM: 9&10 News has confirmed that 2 male suspects fled from the bank robbery in a stolen vehicle.
Police are calling the suspects "armed and dangerous."
The pair ditched the car on 15 Mile, a few miles south of the Leroy bank.
Police are still searching for the suspects at this time.
3:50 PM: The lock down at Pine River Schools has been lifted.
Michigan State Police are handling the investigation at the bank and are on the scene right now.

2:35 PM: 9&10 News can confirm that police are on the scene of a robbery at the Citizens Bank in Leroy.
As a precaution all Pine River Schools are on lock down.
