Major General Jerry Cannon Retires from Military

General Jerry Cannon will fold a flag one last time as he retires from the military.

It's a familiar name -- General Cannon is the former Kalkaska County Sheriff of 17 years.

He moved up north in the 70's and has become a staple in our community.

After serving 22 years at Camp Grayling, General Cannon is retiring.

9&10's Kelly Davis gives us a look at his accomplishments.
