Gooey Burger

7 oz Fresh burger patty
  Whole wheat burger bun
2 oz Sauteed onions
2 oz Sauteed mushrooms
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  Salt, pepper, garlic

Saute onions and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook until brown. Cook burger to desired temperature. Top with the onion/mushroom mixture then top with the cheese. Melt cheese under broiler. Serve on bun with garnishes.
