E.P.A. allows S.S. Badger to apply for special Permit to keep running after 2012

Some good for the owners of the S.S. Badger Car ferry.

The Environmental Protection Agency will allow them to apply for a permit to keep the Badger running on Coal after 2012.  

The Ferry travels from late spring to early fall across Lake Michigan, to Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and is a key part of both cities economy.
