Championship Coach Annese announced as Ferris St. football coach

BIG RAPIDS - He has won multiple championships at each level he has coach and today, Tony Annese was announced as Ferris State's next football coach.

    Annese has won 83 percent of the games he has coach at both the high school and junior college levels.  He won three MHSAA State Championships and two Junior College National Titles.

   Annese replaces Jeff Pierce who was let go at the end of November after 17 years as the Head Coach.  The Bulldogs posted a 6-5 record in 2011 but have not made the playoffs since 1996.

   The Bulldogs introduced Annese at a press conference this afternoon.  9&10 was there will have more tonight at 6.
