Whether its a visit to the doctor, or an extended stay in the hospital, patients can feel a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical care.

So some offices have special assistants that are more than happy to be at your "bark" and call.

Therapy dogs have to pass a lot of tests to be considered for the job, they have to be pretty self-reliant, clean and up to date on all their vaccines.

In some department's the dogs have to be registered therapy dogs.
