Firecracker Shrimp Po'Boy

4 oz Breaded buttermilk popcorn shrimp
2 flz. Firecracker sauce (see below)
1 Sub bun (sliced)
2 oz Flame-roasted peppers and onions
1 oz Roma tomatoes (diced)
1 oz Lettuce (shredded)
 
Firecracker Sauce
1 pint Real mayonnaise
6 flz. Sweet Thai chili sauce
1/2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 flz Lemon juice
In a stainless steel bowl, combine the popcorn shrimp with the Firecracker sauce and mix well. Place the peppers and onions on the bottom half of the sub bun. Add the shrimp, tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
