Bleu Cheese Stuffed-Burger with Onion-Beer Sauce

Posted: Updated:
8 oz. Lean ground beef
2 oz. Bleu cheese
1 oz. Canola oil
2 oz. Bermuda onion (sliced)
2 oz. Dark beef
2 oz. Demiglace sauce
  Salt and black pepper
Into a hot grill pan, add stuffed burger cooked in canola oil over medium heat to about medium-well doneness (this is because we want the cheese inside to melt).

In the meantime (you can make this ahead of time), saute the onion to a golden brown in a teaspoon of olive oil, add the sauce, beer and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over the burger.
