Christina Vecchioni joined the 9&10 News team in June 2008 as a General Assignment Reporter. She works out of the 9&10 Petoskey Bureau covering Emmet, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Mackinac, Alpena, Otsego, Chippewa, Montmorency, and Luce Counties.
Christina graduated from Central Michigan University, majoring in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts. Prior to her position with 9&10 News, Christina worked as a reporter and crewmember for WCMU-Public Television. She also interned at WJBK Fox 2 in Detroit, as well as WKHM, a news/talk radio station in Jackson.
Christina grew up in the Ann Arbor area, and feels lucky to now call northern Michigan home. Everyday is an adventure, meeting new people and discovering new places that help make northern Michigan so special.
