LIVE! with Regis and Kelly’s producers are kicking off a nationwide search for the best grill recipe and they’re asking their millions of viewers for help with the show’s first “Ultimate Hometown Grill Off.”
If there’s a local food establishment with a grill dish so great that it’s worthy of the "Ultimate Hometown Grill Recipe" title,
LIVE’s producers want to know about it. Viewers can nominate their favorite hometown recipe for ribs, chicken, burgers, fish, veggies - any delicious grill or BBQ dish is eligible, even side dishes, and the chef who cooked it up is nominated as well. It’s a great chance for food fans to put their local favorite on the map!
Each week, all summer long, viewers will vote on one nominated chef who will be chosen to travel to New York City to appear on
LIVE and demonstrate his or her recipe. At the end of the summer, one dish will be named the “Ultimate Hometown” winner!
In addition, those viewers who send in nominations and those who vote online will have a chance to enter to win one of five Weber Genesis Gas Grills valued at approximately $900.
