SHANGHAI (AP) — A United Nations report says the virus that causes AIDS is now spreading fastest in China through heterosexual sex. AIDS was the top killer among infectious diseases in China for the first time last year. FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Authorities in Kentucky say it wasn't a hate crime. They've concluded that the September hanging death of a census worker found bound with duct tape was a suicide. Investigators say Bill Sparkman had taken out two insurance policies worth $600,000 and that his son was in need of money. DOWNEY, Calif. (AP) — Tesla Motors is close to a deal to build an electric car factory at the site of a former NASA manufacturing plant in Downey, Calif. It's a blue-collar city south of Los Angeles. Tesla, which makes the $109,000 Roadster electric sports car, has been looking for a factory to build its next-generation Model S sedan.
