Heading home...Mumbai connection?...Suicide bombing in Pakistan

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — President Barack Obama is scheduled to depart South Korea at this hour (2:05 a.m. Eastern), bringing his weeklong Asia trip to a close. Obama met with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak. Both leaders declared new, united steps in getting North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons.

CHICAGO (AP) — Two Chicago men accused of plotting an armed attack on a Danish newspaper are facing accusations from another country. Authorities in India say the two may have been involved in planning the November 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai that left 166 people dead.

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) — A suicide bomber has killed 16 people outside a courthouse in northwestern Pakistan. It's the latest attack by Islamist militants fighting back against an army offensive in the nearby Afghan border region. A doctor says 26 people were wounded by the blast in Peshawar.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) — Space shuttle Atlantis is at the International Space Station for a weeklong stay. The astronauts unloaded a huge platform full of spare parts needed to keep the outpost running for another decade. NASA says so far, all indications are that Atlantis made it through Monday's liftoff just fine.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is praising, while Republicans are vowing to block, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's long-awaited health care legislation. The $849 billion measure would extend coverage to all but 6 percent of eligible Americans and bar private industry from denying insurance due to pre-existing medical conditions.
