COPENHAGEN (AP) — Denmark's prime minister says industrial countries shouldn't come to next month's climate summit in Copenhagen empty-handed. He says he told leaders at an Asian summit last week they should bring specific pledges with them to cut greenhouse gases.

HARDEEVILLE, S.C. (AP) — A car trying to drive around a railroad crossing has been hit by an Amtrak train, killing four people in the vehicle. Officials say three adults and a 12-year-old child died in the crash near the South Carolina-Georgia state line. No one on the train was hurt.

BERLIN (AP) — Afghanistan and Iraq are listed by an international watchdog as being among the world's most corrupt countries.
