A Northern Michigan soldier arrived home tonight from Iraq.
Staff Sergeant Todd Thomas was greeted at Cherry Capital Airport by family and the Forgotten Eagles veterans group.
The Forgotten Eagles say they make it a point to give all Northern Michigan soldiers the proper welcome home.
Thomas is a Vertical Engineer in the National Guard, and this was his fourth tour of duty.
He's been away from his family and home in Traverse City since June.
Thomas will be home for 15 days before he has to return to Iraq.
