(AP) — Federal prosecutors say a former executive for a California-based tomato processor has agreed to plead guilty to participating in a conspiracy to drive up tomato prices nationwide. Alan Scott Huey is a former official with SK Foods. He's agreed to cooperate with a government investigation. CLEVELAND (AP) — Authorities in Cleveland say they've identified one of the 10 bodies found at the home of a registered sex offender facing murder charges. The victim apparently died of strangulation and had been missing for a year.
