(AP) — A person familiar with the case against former New York City police commissioner Bernard Kerik says Kerik plans to enter a guilty plea to resolve three pending corruption and fraud trials. The person says the plea deal, expected to be made tomorrow, could send Kerik to prison for around 2 1/2 years.
