Deputies in Mecosta county are noticing a strange trend in recent break-ins.
PT Plus in Big Rapids was broken into over the weekend. It's one of about ten businesses in the county targeted in the last month.
PT Plus relies on insurance to repay them, so they don't keep much cash on site. Thieves only got away with a little money and some heart monitor watches.
Deputies are seeing more thieves breaking into small businesses. But a warning from the sheriff, it will cost you big once you're caught. Stacey Skrysak and Photojournalist Jordan Nagel have more on the break-ins.
