(AP) — California officials say a wildfire in the Santa Cruz Mountains has prompted mandatory evacuations of about 60 homes. Officials say the blaze that started early today has burned about 600 acres, and is 20 percent contained. The cause has not yet been determined. SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — More than 100 federal authorities in Puerto Rico are investigating the cause of an explosion and fire at a fuel depot. Both the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives sent more than 60 agents each to the depot in Bayamon, a city just west of San Juan. MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay (AP) — A former guerrilla fighter has easily gotten the most votes in Uruguay's presidential race. But exit polls suggest Jose "Pepe" Mujica failed to win the majority needed to avoid a runoff.
