Authorities believe it's Somer Thompson, a 7-year-old who disappeared on her walk home from school Monday in north Florida. An aunt says family members were "torn up" after hearing the news that the body had been found.

He previously had pleaded not guilty to illegal gun possession charges that carried at least three and a half years in prison upon conviction. Police said a gun was found on his tour bus in Manhattan in 2007.
