A northern Michigan Army veteran who had his medals of service stolen three decades ago isn't without them anymore.

Monday, Jim Mobley of Evart received new medals during a special ceremony to honor him. Mobley's sister-in-law worked with Congressman Dave Camp's office to secure the medals - four new ones recognizing his 13 months of service in Vietnam.

Mobley says this time around, he plans to lock his medals up.
