Thanks to generous donations from the community, an Osceola County church can once again give out free meals.
Last month, 9&10 News told you about the Shepherds Table Dinner being shut down at Hersey Congregational Church. The church received a notice from the health department requiring a license to offer the meal, but the church couldn't afford the renovations.
After the word got out, donations from the community poured in. The church installed a new sink and has been working with the health department to meet the requirements.
Monday night, the church opened it's doors again for the weekly shepherd's table dinner. Stacey Skrysak and Photojournalist Joel Deaner were there.
