Sixteen-year-old Anthony Lee, of Hessel, is in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant.
He has a condition called Myelodysplastic Syndrome, and after numerous treatments, doctors say a bone marrow transplant my be his last chance. Anthony's family is not a compatible match, that is why they are pleading for people to join the bone marrow registry. Anthony is half Korean and half Native American, making it even harder to find a match, since there are so few registered. Doctors say the chances of finding a match are significantly higher for people of similar ethnicity. 9&10's Christina Vecchioni and photojournalist Aaron Smith have more details.
