Local Little League wants on-line votes to help it get up to $15,000 » View Picture » Play Video » Feedback (3)
The Houghton Lake Little League, based in Prudenville, wants your help. They need people to go on the Frostedflakes.com web-site and vote for their effort in Kellogg's "Plant a Seed" promotion.
They hope to be one of 30 winners Kellogg's will select from around the country. The vote counts for 50 percent of what will go into their selection process. The Renovation effort began with the death of Little League All-star Ryan McDonald, who was riding a bike when he was struck and killed by a drunk driver in 2006. Since then much work has been done. But The League wants to renovate McDonald/Graham Field with new Baseball, Softball, and T-ball diamonds, as well as a Football field and Basketball courts. John McGowan and Jordan Nagel have more on their efforts.
