A small experiment going on in Northern Michigan could be one new solution to global warming.

Scientists are trying to keep more carbon dioxide from getting into the atmosphere.

Carbon Dioxide is what we breathe out every day, it's the plumes of smoke you see coming out of some factories, it's also one of the main culprits behind global warming.

The studies, headed up by the U.S. Department of Energy, are going on many sites around the country.
One of those sites is near Gaylord in Otsego county.
