Traverse City Police Chief Receives Verbal Warning; Investigation Closed

An investigation in to Traverse City’s police chief is now closed following accusations of misconduct. City officials were investigating police Chief Jeff O’Brien after receiving complaints that he was engaging conduct not consistent with their policies.
