A several day stretch of quiet and slowly warming weather begins today. There will be more and more sunshine as the day goes on today, earlier in western areas with some overcast hanging on, at times, further to the south and inland. Despite much improved conditions from yesterday, highs will still be below normal, in the 50s for most and low 60s in the south.
