12/3 - Winter Weather Making it Tough for Bus Drivers

School districts across the area say this season's snow is making driving conditions especially difficult for their bus drivers.

The transportation director for Cadillac Area Public Schools says their buses sometimes run 10-15 minutes late on snowy days.

12/3 - Sloppy driving conditions stops 'Meals on Wheels' from delivering

In some areas drivers decided the conditions were just too nasty to take on.

For the second time this week, the Meals on Wheels program in Benzie County canceled its home delivered food for seniors.

Many seniors rely on the meals organized through Council of Aging executive director, Debra Sever, says they make sure nobody goes hungry.
